FORBIDDEN SUBJECT

Alright, I've had it, this is the last morning that I do the "Hokey Pokey"(that's not a Tech slur) to get into my jeans...no more over-reacting, door-slamming, sailor-cussing, self-judgmental, 10 minute running-in-place to zip up my pants A.M.'s. I have made a pact, laid down the law, put down my foot and counted to 3...I Will Get My "Kate Hudson" look alike body by this Vernal Equinox!!!! You can do it with me, If you like, cause I think I've got a pretty good plan.

1. You must get someone to do it with you...I'm recruiting two gals at my office, let's call them Mother Goose (Mom) and "The Grocery Queen, or GQ for short. They're controllable and close at hand for transferral abuse if need be.
2. Come to Paint Bank General Store and buy our De-tox your body book (GQ will know which one) and follow the directions on the De-tox cocktail.
3. Do Yoga....it's the quickest, laziest way to tone your body.
4. Eat Buffalo Meat....It's lower in fat and cholesterol than skinless chicken or fish...So high in protein and such a highly nutrient-dense food that even the smallest amount keeps you full-feeling so much longer that you don't eat as much. And to top off all that...it's about the best tasting, tenderest thing you ever put in your mouth...That's not just me selling...it's REALLY true!

We're gonna see the results in just 30 days, if we follow the rules, and of course, don't reward
ourselves with chocolate cake, Snickers and Ding-Dongs.
