The Fifth Dimension

What a bummer....I have to wait another couple of years to see another Lunar Eclipse...why don't they plan those things when it's clear so everyone can see it? What I wanted to see was the complete alignment of the moon, sun and earth, but how can you see the sun if the moon is in front of the sun or you're in the middle?...I thought that this is the dawning of the age of Aquarius when Jupiter aligns with Mars, and peace will fill the planet and love will light the stars...or whatever the Fifth Dimension sang, I don't guess it was a Lunar eclipse after all. No seriously, where we live...no lights to dim the skies...we could have really had a real awesome view. Well if the Lord's willin' and the creeks don't rise, I'll be around for another one. Maybe then, The Depot Lodge will have a special Lunar Eclipse package, well give out mini telescopes, cups of Hot Mulled cider and tie-dyed tote sacks to carry everything in....it's a thought, I'll work on it. While you wait for that announcement, why don't you go ahead and book a special week-end with us in this century. Enjoy our special "spoil you" atmosphere, great food and beautifully appointed accommodations, and heck, you can even go outside and dance by the light of the moon...we don't care, you'd fit right in here at Paint Bank.

(note to the reader...I don't know if I could have seen it or not...it was snowing and cloudy in Paint Bank....I never looked out....but I bet it was AWESOME man.)
